A Snapshot of "Who I Am"

I have been a licensed Realtor for 9 years. I got into the business in 2005 right at the height of the market. I had just become an empty nester and it was time for a change after spending 20+ years in the Food and Beverage business. The first 8 years of my Real Estate career I spent in Blairsville, GA which is located in the beautiful Northeast Georgia mountains. Suffice it to say I have seen the good, bad and the ugly in the last 9 years of the Real Estate business but the good news is----I have lived to tell about it! I have recently moved to Gulf Shores to be near my 2 sisters and Mother, all of whom live in the area. I have traded in selling long range mountain views for views of the gorgeous setting(s) we have here in the area.

What makes me unique? During my 9 year career of being a Real Estate agent, I have gleaned a whole tool bag stuffed with experience and determination in foreclosures, short sales, top of the line negotiation skills, creative listing and marketing techniques that work, buyer representation that ensures getting the best value for the best price.....just to name a few.

What do I do to give back? ..... I have served the Women's Auxiliary (Pink Lady) at the hospital for 750+ hours of service. I served 3 years as County Director on the Board of Realtors County respresenting 7 area Counties. I served 4 years as Commissioner liasion for County to the Board of Realtors locally. I sat on the board of The Builders Association for 2 years.

Just a little personal..... I am the Mother of 2 girls, both of which are in their late 20's. One daughter followed my footsteps and is very successful in Event Production services. The other daughter has recently achieved 2 huge milestones....#1 She is a recent Georgia Tech Grad and #2 Even more recently, she has expanded the family tree. I have a new grandson:-)
